25 Photos That Prove Fall In New York City Is Perfect

“You can’t beat the weather” is probably the most common thing you’ll hear if you ask someone about the reasons why they moved to Los Angeles. Aside from the near perfect weather year-round, LA has beautiful beaches and hiking trails, great shopping, and always a new spot to try for brunch.

I’m originally from New York, growing up accustomed to the four seasons. We had a pretty hot summer in LA this year (it’s November, yet we’re supposed to hit 80° F today) and while it’s nice to have summer almost all the time, I do miss seeing the leaves change. With my amazing friend Michelle, we decided to jet out to my home city and see what I’ve been missing for a really (really) long time.

New York didn’t disappoint.
